Dave Tate is the owner and CEO of elitefts.com the top strength site on the net as well as one of the most influential people in the strength business. Dave is a father, a husband, a gym owner, a business owner and a meathead. Dave took 2 hours out of his drive to talk to us and speaks about business, Elitefts, fatherhood, training and a myriad of other topics. We will have a return podcast with Dave because to be honest, we couldn’t even touch the surface of everything I had planned to talk about.
