Full Stop is a podcast in both video and audio formats, dedicated to exploring integrated
health and performance, women’s health and hormones, performance enhancement,
risk management and more. We talk about how the body functions, inside and out. Full

Victoria Felkar is a researcher, practitioner and educator. She is a respected leader
within the industry for her innovative and integrative approaches to health and
performance. As an interdisciplinary researcher and instructor, she works across the
fields of kinesiology, medicine, sport medicine, critical studies and the humanities.
Victoria is currently completing doctoral studies with a focus on female hormone
manipulation within sport and medicine. She is also a consultant, author, and speaker
within the world of strength and fitness, and lectures at events worldwide.
For the past decade, she has worked with a wide range of individuals and
organizations, including top-level athletes and competitors, special populations, health
professionals and strength coaches. Her specialties include athlete-centered coaching
methodology, functional health and performance, and performance-enhancement
education. No matter if it’s in academia or the industry, Victoria’s passion is building and
sharing knowledge.

Scott McNally is the main host/moderator of many of the podcasts here at Advices
Radio and also is part of the weekly Bodybuilding Nerds Radio podcast. His prolific
hosting and producing of fitness podcasts steams from his passion for educating people
to become better at reaching their goals. Along with podcasting, he’s also a full time
nutrition coach with vast experience, helping men and women reach their goals, be it
lifestyle goals or competition goals in the NPC and IFBB. As he says, fitness has done
so much to change his life. His goal is to help provide people with their own version of
that experience.
